Our main products are external wall elements, mainly used as outside facade elements for multi-story residential and commercial buildings.
We produce the facade elements from timber frame or termo profile.
Mostly the facade elements are non-load bearing. Elements with installed windows are mounted between concrete slabs to quickly close and finish the outer envelope of the building. If the house will be built story by story and the external wall elements should take also some load from the ceilings and upper stories, we can install metal posts inside our wall elements in the factory.

Max length of an element 13,6 m, height 3,6 m.
Max opening size up to 3,5 m.
Elements can be finished with different finishing materials.
Almost any finishing material can be used at the building site to complete the building.
We design and produce both of these solutions according to clients wishes and project specifications
The Nordicon thermoprofile steel elements system is developed by Ruukki Corporation.
Elements are built to hot galvanized metal frame that is designed for facade elements. The perforation cuts through the cold bridges reducing the thermal conductivity of the panel which enables to meet the energy efficiency standard of the modern construction industry.
